By providing your mobile number and giving consent - whether verbally during a phone interaction, electronically, or in writing - you authorize Texas One Primary Care and its authorized technology partners to send you SMS messages. These messages may include:

- Patient portal access links

- Payment links

- Office communications and service-related updates

Automated Voice Assistant Disclosure

Texas One Primary Care uses an automated voice assistant to handle calls during after-hours or when staff is unavailable. During such calls, the voice assistant may offer to send you an SMS with relevant links or information (such as an appointment booking link or patient portal link). If you provide verbal consent during the call, a text message will be sent to your mobile number. Your verbal consent is recorded and serves as your opt-in authorization for that message.

SMS Opt‑Out

If you no longer wish to receive SMS messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS unless you reply START to resubscribe. Opting out will stop all SMS messages, including appointment links, portal links, and payment links.

Texas One Primary Care does not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your phone number may be shared with our authorized technology and service providers - including MG Health Tech Inc. and its SMS delivery partners - solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you have consented to receive. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may not use it for any other purpose.

Your information is used solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive or as required by law.
