Automated Voice Assistant Disclosure
Texas One Primary Care uses an automated voice assistant to handle calls during after-hours or when staff is unavailable. During such calls, the voice assistant may offer to send you an SMS with relevant links or information (such as an appointment booking link or patient portal link). If you provide verbal consent during the call, a text message will be sent to your mobile number. Your verbal consent is recorded and serves as your opt-in authorization for that message.
SMS Opt‑Out
If you no longer wish to receive SMS messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS unless you reply START to resubscribe. Opting out will stop all SMS messages, including appointment links, portal links, and payment links.
